Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 19 mm, 2.55 g, 1 h), uncertain mint in the East, circa 128-130. HADRIANVS AVGVSTVS P (sic!) Bare head of Hadrian to right, with slight drapery on his left shoulder. Rev. COS III Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, wings spread and head turned back to right . BMC -. RIC 3079 note 1535 (this coin cited). Strack 47 var. An extremely rare variety. A few light marks and with some minor roughness on the obverse, otherwise, very fine.
